Bill it, get paid, and know what the business made
The money side of a service business, in the order it happens: price the work, send the estimate, turn the accepted one into an invoice, bill a monthly agreement on a schedule you set once, record what came in and what went out, and see what the business actually made. Underneath every screen is a real double-entry ledger, so the Profit & Loss and the amount a customer owes you are two views of one set of books rather than two totals that will one day disagree.

The books here are real: every invoice, payment, expense and bill posts a balanced journal entry, and every report is computed from those entries rather than from a total on another screen. What CompliMaint does NOT do is take money or read your bank — there is no card processing, no ACH, no bank feed, no payroll and no tax filing, and none of that is faked. Payments are ones you record, bank transactions are ones you import, and sales tax is a rate you set rather than a jurisdiction we determine.
- Bills to approveSupplier invoices waiting to be checked, coded and approved.
- BooksThe categories behind your reports, and the accounting settings.
- Finance settingsPayment terms, your price book, sales tax and invoice reminders.
