What you asked for, and what came back
A prequalification pack is a question, and the thing you need three months later is what you asked and what arrived — with the date you asked and the date you wanted it by. That is what this holds.
It reaches no conclusion about anybody
There is no score and no determination. A free website cannot tell you whether a subcontractor is solvent, capable or safe, and one that printed a verdict would be handing you a document somebody else would later read as due diligence.

Questions people ask
- Does it decide whether a subcontractor is any good?
- No, and it never will. There is no capability, solvency, financial or safety-record determination anywhere in it, no score, no rating and no traffic light. It records what you asked for and what arrived. Whether to engage anybody is a commercial and legal decision that belongs to you.
- Does it tell me what documents to ask for?
- No. This product publishes no required document list, because what you need from a bidder depends on your contract, your insurer, your owner and the jurisdiction — and a list printed by a website is read as the standard by everybody who sees it. You type the pack you actually asked for.
- Does it read the certificates that come back?
- No. Nothing here opens, parses, validates or checks the expiry of any document. The response column is a place to write what arrived and what is still missing, in your own words.
- What does 'cleared' mean on a row?
- That the reviewer is finished looking at the pack. It is the lifecycle's own word, and its note says plainly that this tool decides nothing about the content.
