What does my facility require?
126 requirements · 48 statesYour state, your licence class, and everything you are held to — grouped by what actually discharges it, each with the rule cited and the tool that produces the document.
Grouped by what makes it done
A section of a plan, a form filed with a county, a notice on a wall, a drill run every quarter and a generator bolted to the ground have nothing in common except that the same licence asks for all five — and each has a different test for “done”. Presented as one flat list they read as one job, which is how the drills get missed. So they are grouped by obligation, and only the planning items are things a printed document can discharge.
Every row says why
Each requirement carries the rule that imposes it, the agency that enforces it, and the date we last read that rule. The Why am I seeing this? control on every row opens the facts about your building that triggered it and what counts as done — because a compliance list you cannot interrogate is just an opinion with formatting.
It knows your building, if you have told it
With a facility on this device, each row carries live status from the same engine My Facility uses — so the two screens can never disagree about whether your drill requirement is met. Without one, this is a list of what applies rather than what you owe, and it says so instead of showing red rows against a building it knows nothing about.
Where the gaps are
48 states are covered, built from 126 verified state requirements plus 27 code-based items that apply regardless of state. A state that is missing is one we have not finished, not one without rules — how we verify these, and what we have not confirmed.

CompliMaint issues no permits, grants no approvals and makes no determinations. Your licensing agency and your authority having jurisdiction do, and where our reading and theirs differ, theirs is the one that counts.
