Where do I put the license key?
Not here. There is no field for a license key, activation code, API key or portal login, and there will not be one. Keep those wherever your organization keeps secrets.
Can I track which person has which seat?
Not per person. The register is about the organization’s subscriptions; who holds a seat is a note you write. Per-person license assignment belongs with the person credential work another part of the product owns, and inventing a second way to scope it here would be worse than stating the limit.
Does it tell me if I am over-licensed?
No. It reconciles no seat count against usage and makes no licensing-compliance determination of any kind.
Does it know when my subscription renews?
