What was agreed at the start and what the matter turned into are rarely the same thing, and the difference is usually agreed in a phone call nobody wrote down. A dated row saying what changed, who agreed it on both sides and how it was confirmed is the whole tool. Every word on it is yours.

It reaches no conclusion about any of it
