Founding Pro

Founding contractors: first 100 get Founding Pro free for 24 months.

 

Qualify by sending your first invoice from your account. No card required. Includes up to 50 sent invoices per month and 25 active recurring-billing customers. After your first 24 months, you can choose to keep Founding Pro for no more than $12/month for the next 36 months. Payment processing, taxes and optional add-ons are separate.

Founding offer terms

  • One Founding entitlement per qualifying business (one CompliMaint workspace). It is not transferable and has no cash or redemption value.
  • You qualify when your business successfully sends its first invoice from its CompliMaint account. Creating an account does not take a spot. Only the first 100 qualifying businesses receive the offer; the count shown is the real count and is never reset.
  • Months 1–24 after you qualify: Founding Pro at $0/month. No card is required.
  • Months 25–60: you may choose to keep Founding Pro for no more than $12 USD/month. We will ask you to confirm and set up payment before any paid subscription begins; if you do nothing, your account continues as a normal free account. We will remind you 60 and 14 days before your free period ends.
  • After month 60 the Founding price protection ends. You may then be offered the then-current standard price, with at least 60 days' advance notice.
  • Founding Pro includes up to 50 sent invoices per calendar month and 25 active recurring-billing customers. Creating or editing estimates, drafts, unsent invoices and PDFs does not count. If you reach the monthly limit, the invoice you are sending still goes, and nothing you have made is hidden or removed.
  • The $12 maximum covers the core Founding Pro subscription only. It does not cap taxes or government charges, card/ACH or other payment-processing fees, legally permitted payment surcharges, optional paid add-ons, third-party services, optional communications (such as SMS or mail), or separately sold future products.
  • The terms in effect when you qualify are recorded with your account; later changes to the offer for new businesses do not change them.
  • A qualification obtained by fraud or manipulation may be revoked. Normal legal, security and product changes may occur, and features that rely on third parties may change if those providers change or discontinue their services.
  • If CompliMaint permanently discontinues Founding Pro itself, this promotional entitlement ends with it and does not become a cash or replacement-service obligation, subject to applicable law. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be waived.

Payments & card fees

Send the PDF and get paid your usual way — check, Zelle, cash, or whatever you normally use. Online card payments are coming.

CompliMaint charges no fee on the money you collect. When card payments open, they will run through your own Stripe account, and Stripe’s processing fees are Stripe’s and separate. No card surcharge is added to your customer.
