Yes. Creating your CompliMaint profile is completely free, and there's no obligation to accept any assignment.
Do I need healthcare experience?
No. If you have trade skills — maintenance, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, unit turns — you can join. We handle the healthcare side.
Can I keep my current job?
Yes. Many in our network already work full-time and use CompliMaint for extra income. You stay in control of your availability.
How does pay work?
Premium pay for skilled work, with the rate confirmed before you accept any assignment.
Do I have to accept every opportunity?
No. Accept the opportunities that fit your schedule and decline the ones that don't.
How long does it take to join?
Creating your profile takes only a few minutes. Start with your résumé and add more anytime.
Am I an employee?
Network members who are assigned work are W-2 employees — background checked, drug tested, and insured.
Does joining guarantee work?
No. Creating a profile does not guarantee employment or assignments. Opportunities depend on availability, location, and customer demand.

Are you replacing our maintenance department?
No. We provide professional maintenance support when you need additional capacity — vacancies, PTO coverage, surges, backlogs, and projects.
What types of work do you cover?
General maintenance, repairs, unit turns, preventive maintenance, and defined special projects.
How quickly can someone arrive?
It depends on scope and location, but a real person coordinates timing with you — no automated dispatch.
How are professionals screened?
Professional screening, background checks, and drug testing, with standards for appearance, communication, and conduct.
Can we request recurring support?
Yes. We can set up recurring or scheduled support so you have dependable capacity whenever you need it.
