Is the estimate maker free?
Yes — free with no signup and no locked features. There's one small 'Made with CompliMaint' line at the foot of the PDF's first page, and that's the only branding.
Can I turn the estimate into an invoice?
Yes — Convert to invoice on the finished estimate makes the invoice from the same customer, job location and lines, and it records which estimate it bills. Need a deposit first? With a free account, Get Paid can request one on the estimate, and it comes off the invoice's balance.
Can I repeat an invoice every month?
Save any invoice as a repeat and next month's is one tap — same lines, today's date, a fresh invoice number — and you send it. Nothing is sent without you. With a free account, Get Paid remembers your customers and their job locations and can make each month's invoice on a schedule as a draft for you to check and send. During the beta, a free account can also email each invoice with the PDF attached, if you turn that on for that customer.
Can I itemize labor and materials?
Yes. Add as many line items as you need, tag each as Labor, Materials, or Other, set quantity and unit price, and add a tax rate — it totals automatically.
Does it store my customers' information?
Without an account, no: your names, photos and notes stay on your device and go nowhere else. In a CompliMaint workspace they are a workspace record, saved to your account and shared with the people in it, and the line under the tool says which of the two you are in. Either way we keep only anonymous stats, like typical prices, to improve the tool.
