CompliMaint is a software product. One address reaches a person, and three of the things people write in about are answered faster by the product than by us — those are linked below.
Write to us
A person reads it. It is the right address for anything to do with your account or your workspace — signing in, an invitation that will not open, records you cannot find, a figure that looks wrong, something in a tool that is broken — and for anything else you want to ask. We cannot see what is in your workspace, so the more you can tell us about what you did and what you saw, the shorter the thread.
Faster than writing to us
Getting into your account
Sign in at account sign-in, which accepts every kind of CompliMaint account. If a link has expired or been used twice, ask for a fresh one without writing to anybody.
What a tool claims, and why
Every regulatory figure carries its source and the date it was last checked. How that is done, and what has not been verified, is published at methodology.
Where your records are kept
Signed out, they are in your browser and nowhere else; in a workspace they are also stored for that workspace. The FAQ and the Privacy Policy say which is which, and how to export or delete either.
Privacy and data requests
Asking for your information to be corrected or deleted, exporting a workspace, or asking what is held about you: the Privacy Policy sets out what we hold and names the address those requests go to. You can export everything in a workspace yourself, at any time, from Account.
What we do not do
CompliMaint does not supply maintenance labor, facilities staffing, technicians, unit-turn crews or consulting, and does not take service work. A maintenance-services business operated under this name and is dormant; if you have reached this page from something describing it, that description is out of date. What CompliMaint sells is the software: how it works and what is in it.
