What My Home keeps for you

• Your homes. Add the place you live, and a second home or a rental too.
• Appliances and equipment. The furnace, water heater, roof, fridge — make, model, serial number, install date and warranty.
• Maintenance. Filter changes, gutter cleaning, smoke alarm checks. Set how often, see what is coming up and what is overdue, and mark it done. Get an email on the day it is due.
• Documents. Manuals, warranties, receipts and photos, kept with the equipment they belong to. PDF, JPEG, PNG or WebP, up to 25 MB each.
• Service history. What was done, and when, for each piece of equipment.
• Your household. Invite the people you live with to share your Home and help keep it up to date. It is free for them too.

When something breaks

Send a service request to a business that uses CompliMaint, through the request link it gave you. You choose exactly what to send — the problem, the equipment, and only the details you tick — and you can withdraw the request before the business answers. The business sees what you sent, never the rest of your Home.

Private to you

• Your Home is separate from any business account. If you also use CompliMaint at work, your employer cannot see your Home.
• Only the people you invite into your household can see it, and you can remove someone at any time.
• Homes are never listed in any directory or search.
• A business only receives what you choose to send it in a service request.

Is it free?

Yes. My Home is free during beta, with 1 GB of storage for your documents. No credit card.

Do I need a business or a company name?

No. You sign up with your name, email and a password, then add your home.
