What this builder does, and what it leaves blank
Somebody has asked for your building’s water management program and the templates you can find are either a blank page or a PDF written for a different building. This asks about yours — where the water comes in, what heats it, whether it comes back round, which wings it serves, what equipment hangs off it — and builds the program from the answers, with the flow diagram drawn for you.
It does not fill in a temperature, a frequency or a retention period. Those are set by your own program and by whatever applies where your building is, and this builder has neither loaded. It leaves them blank, lists them as outstanding, and prints them as blanks rather than turning them into “not applicable”.
If your building is in New Jersey
New Jersey enacted a statute requiring covered facilities to develop and implement a water management program on a fixed timetable. This builder does not know about it — deliberately, because a builder that carried one state’s rules would be printing them for every other state too.
