- What does it cost for several buildings?
- Nothing during the beta, and no card. The free account doesn’t charge by building. Premium isn’t on sale yet, and nobody is charged without being told the price and agreeing to it first.
- Can my maintenance staff and executive directors log in?
- A free account is one login. Team workspaces — where each person has their own login and can be limited to the buildings they cover — aren’t self-serve yet. Email support@complimaint.com and we can walk you through it. In the meantime, staff can report problems through a printed link or QR code without a login.
- Can we move over from the system we use now?
- You can bring in vendors and compliance schedules from a CSV file. There’s no automatic import from other maintenance systems, and buildings are added one at a time.
- Does it keep our buildings compliant?
- No. It keeps dated records, shows what’s due, and cites the state rule where we’ve checked it. Your licensing agency and fire authority decide compliance.
- Is it HIPAA compliant?
- No. CompliMaint isn’t HIPAA compliant and isn’t for protected health information. It’s built for building and maintenance records.
