What New Mexico requires
- The old citation is dead — 7.8.2 NMAC was repealed. 7.8.2 NMAC, Requirements for Adult Residential Care Facilities, was REPEALED effective July 1, 2024 and replaced by 8.370.14 NMAC under the Health Care Authority. Any plan, policy manual or vendor template still citing 7.8.2 NMAC is citing a rule that no longer exists — and the regulator changed too, from the Department of Health to the Health Care Authority. 8.370.14 NMAC, effective July 1, 2024
