For small care homes — 6 to 20 beds, in every state

Your home's drills, safety logs and repairs, in one place.

Made for small licensed homes — adult family homes, adult foster care and AFC homes, RCFEs, personal care homes, board and care, and residential assisted living. Answer a few questions about your home, invite your staff, and log a drill on your phone — then find it again when your inspector asks.

Many homes already use an app for resident care; CompliMaint handles the building's drills, logs and repairs alongside it.

What it does for your home

  1. Setup

Set up in a few minutes

Pick your state and your license, then confirm what your house has. A typical small home is filled in for you — no sprinkler system, no commercial kitchen — so your calendar holds only what your answers make yours.

  2. Drills

A fire drill log that knows your state

Pick your state and license. Where we’ve checked your state’s drill rule, it prints on the record with its citation and the date we checked it. Where we haven’t, the log says so.

  3. Logs

The other logs your home keeps

Smoke alarm tests, water temperature readings, fire extinguisher checks and staff training records — each one dated and ready to print.

  4. Repairs

    Repairs that don’t get lost

Write up what broke, keep it on the list until it’s fixed, and note what was done. Print a link or QR code so staff can report a problem without a login.

  5. Your team

    Everyone sees the same home

Invite your staff by email while you set up. Each gets their own login, free during the beta, and records drills, logs and repairs from their phone.

  6. Binder

Your inspection binder, ready to print

Every record for your home in one place, with anything missing listed. Share chosen records with a read-only link that lasts 14 days and that you can withdraw.

  7. Due dates

A heads-up before the next one is due

Add your drill and log due dates to your phone’s calendar — from your state’s rule where we’ve checked it, or a schedule you pick.

Questions people ask

Is it really free?
Yes, during the beta — for you and your staff. There’s no card and nothing to cancel. Premium isn’t on sale yet, so there’s no price, and nobody is charged without being told the price and agreeing to it first. The logs also work with no account at all — they stay on the phone or computer you used.
Does it work in my state?
Yes, in every state. When you set up, pick your state and CompliMaint offers the license names it uses for a home your size: first the ones we’ve checked against the state’s own rules, then others from public sources for you to match to your license. Where we’ve checked your state’s drill rule, it prints with its citation; where we haven’t, the log says so.
Will this make sure I pass my inspection?
No — no software can promise that. CompliMaint helps you keep clear, dated records and find them fast. Where a log shows a state rule, it cites the rule and the date we checked it; where we haven’t checked one, it says so. CompliMaint isn’t affiliated with or approved by any state agency.
Does it know the rules for my kind of home?
For some homes, yes. Pick your state in the fire drill log and it shows whether we’ve checked the drill rule for your license. If we have, the rule prints with its citation and the date we checked it. If we haven’t, the log still works — it just won’t print a rule we haven’t checked.
Can I put resident information in it?
CompliMaint isn’t HIPAA compliant and isn’t built for protected health information, so please don’t enter health details like diagnoses, medications or care notes. Some drill rules ask you to list who took part in a drill. If you’re not sure whether that’s OK for your home, check with your licensing agency or compliance adviser before saving names in an account. Without an account, everything stays on your own device.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. Invite them by email while you set up, or any time after. Each gets their own login, free during the beta, and sees the same home: what’s due, what’s been done and what needs fixing. Staff can also report a problem through a link or QR code you print — no login needed.
