CompliMaint HR
Hiring through offboarding, with a record at every step
The operational work of employing people: a requisition raised, candidates moved through a pipeline, an interview scored against the same questions every time, an offer written, a first week that actually happens, training that is current, kit that is signed for, and a last day that closes properly. Every record attaches to a person by a stable id rather than a name, so two people with the same name are two people.

Sections
This is operational HR, not a personnel file. There is deliberately nowhere here to put a Social Security number, a tax form, bank details, a date of birth, immigration or I-9 data, medical or disability information, benefits enrollment or a background check — no field exists and a guard asserts it. Payroll, benefits, performance and leave are not built; when they are, they will appear here.
