Almost every free timesheet on the internet has a rate column, and the moment it does the sheet is a payroll document — one produced by software that has never read your contract or your state's wage rules. This one records the hours, totals them, and stops.

The total is a sum, not a calculation

Hours per day are yours; the figure at the foot is their sum, over the days with a number in. Nothing is derived from the clock times, no threshold is applied, and no hour is classified.

A record of hours somebody worked. It is not payroll: it holds no rate or amount, calculates no wage, premium or entitlement, and determines no hour to be overtime. Everything runs on your device.

Questions people ask

Does it work out pay?
No, and it holds no figure it could work pay out from. There is no rate, no amount and no total pay column anywhere in it. Whether an hour is compensable, and at what rate, is set by wage and hour law, by the contract and by the jurisdiction — none of which this product has read.
Does it flag overtime?
No. It makes no determination that any hour is legally overtime, applies no weekly threshold, and offers no overtime column. Those rules differ by state and by the kind of work, and a website that guessed would be putting a figure on a document somebody relies on.
Why does it not add up the times for me?
Because start, finish and break do not determine hours worked on their own — unpaid time, travel and rounding conventions all sit between them, and every employer handles them differently. You enter the hours you are recording, and the sheet totals what you entered.
How is the approval handled?
The printed sheet carries a line for somebody to sign. Nothing is signed on screen: this product captures no signature and stores no image of one.
