Candidate pipeline tracker
PipelineEveryone you are considering, and where each of them has got to — without a spreadsheet nobody trusts.
What it refuses to do
No score. No weighting. No ranking. No matching. No automated screening. The list is ordered by stage and by date and by nothing else, and nothing here moves anybody between stages on its own. Software that ranks people for jobs is making a decision it cannot be accountable for.
And nothing sensitive: there is no field for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a government ID, a background-check result, medical information, or anything about race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, family status, orientation or veteran status. Not hidden — absent.
The person, and the candidacy
A candidate here is a relationship pointing at a person, not a person. The person is a contact with a stable id; the candidacy is the process. That is why somebody who applies twice is one person with two candidacies, why renaming somebody moves nothing, and why two people with the same name never merge.
The rest of the process
The headcount request behind the role is a requisition, linked by id and deliberately not the same thing as a person. Structured interviews go on the interview scorecard, an offer is drafted in the offer letter builder, and once somebody starts the onboarding checklist takes over — on the same person record, because they are the same human being.
A list of people you are considering and their stage. It does no scoring, ranking, matching or automated screening, makes no employment decision, and infers nothing about anybody. It holds no Social Security number, date of birth, government ID, background-check result, medical information, or anything about race, ethnicity, religion, national origin, sex, age, disability, family status, sexual orientation or veteran status — there is no field for any of them. CompliMaint gives no employment-law advice. Everything runs on your device.
Questions people ask
- Does it score or rank candidates?
- No, and it never will. There is no score, no weighting, no ranking and no matching, and the list is ordered by stage and date and nothing else. Software that ranks people for jobs is making a decision it is not accountable for, and this product does not make employment decisions.
- How does it handle two candidates with the same name?
- As two people. Everybody is a contact with a stable internal id, and a candidacy points at that id — so two people called Chris Nguyen have two pipelines, two sets of scorecards and two histories, and renaming either changes nothing. Somebody who applies twice is one person with two candidacies, which is also right.
- What information can I keep about a candidate?
- Ordinary recruiting administration: name, position, stage, phone, email, availability, where they came from and notes. There is no field for a Social Security number, a date of birth, a government ID, a background check, medical information, or anything about race, religion, sex, age, disability, family status, orientation or veteran status — and the notes box says so.
- Is this connected to job boards or applicant sources?
- No. There is no posting, no application intake, no integration and no network. It is a local list on your own device, which is the whole product: nothing is uploaded and nothing leaves.
