- Does an induction on this register count as training?
- No. Nothing here claims an induction satisfies a training requirement, and the two are not the same thing. What training anybody owes comes from the work, from your own program and from the regulator where you are working.
- How long does an induction stay valid?
- This product supplies no validity period and none is implied. There is a refresh date column because some sites re-induct, and the date in it is one you chose.
- Does it give me the induction content?
- No. There is no induction script, no topic list and no slide deck here. What was covered is what the person giving it writes down, in their own words.
- Is this proof somebody was allowed on site?
- It is your own record that an induction happened. It grants nobody access and makes no determination that anybody is competent or permitted to work — that decision is yours.
