CompliMaint Legal

Contracts, notices and the deadlines attached to them

Not a practice-management system and not advice: the legal-administrative paperwork an operating business actually produces. A service contract with its terms stated, a statutory notice with the state's own deadline counted for you, a certificate of insurance whose expiry somebody has to be watching, a scope somebody signed up to, a change that moved what was agreed.

This is not a practice-management system and it is not advice. Alongside the contract and statutory-notice work, the suite now holds the administrative record a matter produces — intake, conflict searches logged, time, advanced costs, statements chased, holds tracked — and the records an entity keeps: a retention schedule whose periods are entirely yours, a destruction log that is a log and not a certificate, resolutions indexed rather than drafted, filings on dates you entered. Nothing here supplies a deadline, a period, a fee or a threshold, and nothing claims that a record kept in CompliMaint satisfies a law, a standard, an audit or a regulator. Where a tool states a legal requirement it shows the rule and the date somebody last read it, and where nobody has read the source it says so instead of guessing.
