There is no field for a record, an extract, an example row or anything about any individual, and the description box says so at the box. That absence is the entire design. The failure this is built to prevent is somebody pasting a sample row “so the description makes sense” — which is how an information asset register becomes a second copy of the thing it was written to describe, in a browser, with no controls around it.

It classifies nothing and scores nothing

No sensitivity rating, no risk score, no lawful-basis field and no data-protection determination of any kind. Classification schemes come from a framework somebody chose and mean different things in different organizations, and a rating supplied by a free tool would be read as an assessment. What this answers is the question most organizations genuinely cannot: what do we hold, and who would know?

Can I put an example record in the description?
Please do not, and there is no field for one. A description is what makes the register safe to keep; an example row makes it a copy of the data. Describe what the information consists of instead.
Does it classify data or assign a risk score?
No. It applies no classification scheme, assigns no sensitivity rating and computes no score. Those come from a framework your organization chose, not from a free tool.
Does keeping this satisfy a data protection obligation?
