Where is the assistance animal option?
There is not one, deliberately. A request about an assistance or service animal is a fair-housing matter, not a pet, and a product that sorted animals into those boxes would be making a determination about somebody’s rights. This register records an ordinary agreement you made.
Can I record why the animal is needed?
No. There is no field here for a disability, a medical condition, an accommodation request or any protected characteristic, and there will not be one.
Does it say what I can charge?
No. The amount recorded is what you actually took. What may be charged or required is a matter of your lease and your jurisdiction, which this product has not researched.
Does it write the pet addendum?
No. It records that an agreement exists and its terms in your words.
How is this different from a lease violation notice?
The notice is enforcement after something went wrong. This is the standing record of what was permitted in the first place.
