An estoppel certificate is a statement somebody relies on to close a sale or a loan, and getting a figure wrong in one has consequences that land on you rather than on us. Its wording comes from the requesting party or from your attorney. This log records that a request arrived, when a response was owed, what you charged and what you sent — which is the part that goes missing when three of them land in a week.

The due date is the one you were given
