Lease-up marketing source tracker

Register

Where each inquiry came from, what that listing cost you, and how many of them turned into a lease.

No name here is ever marketed

There is no advertising integration, no tracking pixel, no lead forwarding and no analytics, and nothing you type here is sent to an advertising platform or measured off this device — which is worth saying out loud for a marketing tool, because it is the category where that is least often true. Where the register itself is kept is on the screen: this browser without an account, and your CompliMaint workspace when you have one.

One inquiry, one row

Two inquiries from the same listing are two rows, not a counter you increment. That is what makes the tally mean something: you can see the six inquiries the board produced, what each of them was about, and that four never replied — which is the part a single number hides.

The rest of a lease-up: Showing log · Rental application · Lease expiry register

A local tally of where inquiries came from. There are no advertising integrations, no tracking and no analytics — nothing typed here is ever sent off this device. Everything runs on your device.

Questions people ask

Does it connect to listing sites?
No. There are no integrations and no imports — you log the inquiries you get. That is also why nothing typed here can leak to an advertising platform: there is nothing connected to leak to.
How should I record the cost?
Put what you paid for that listing or advert against the rows it produced. Leave it blank where the source was free — a zero is a figure somebody will later add up and believe.
Can I see cost per lease?
Not as a computed figure. The register shows you the rows and the costs you typed; drawing a conclusion from six inquiries is a judgment rather than an arithmetic result, and a number printed here would carry more authority than it deserves.
What about the prospect's details?
A first name and what they asked about is enough to run the tally. This is not a contact database and should not become one.
