They are separate fields and they are never combined. There is no net figure in this tool, no running total, no percentage of the nameplate charge and no annualized leak rate — the whole family of refrigerant arithmetic is absent by construction rather than hidden behind a setting.

That is a deliberate line. Those calculations carry regulatory consequences: a percentage produced by a website, from figures somebody typed on a phone in a plant room, is exactly the kind of number that ends up quoted as though somebody stood behind it. CompliMaint does not stand behind it, so it does not produce it.

What it does hold

The appliance, by a stable id, with its refrigerant type and its nameplate charge recorded as reference. The date. The quantity in or out. Which cylinder or recovery container, by your own label. Why the refrigerant moved, in your words. And the ordinary system readings — suction, head, superheat, subcooling — if you took them.

What it deliberately does not hold

No technician certification number, and no field for one. No threshold, no repair deadline, no verification requirement and no reporting obligation. What applies to your equipment comes from the rules in force where you operate, and the person who needs to know them is the person doing the work.

Will it calculate my leak rate?
No, and there is no hidden field that would let it. Added and recovered are recorded separately and never combined; there is no net, no total and no percentage anywhere in this tool. Leak-rate calculations carry regulatory consequences, and this product does not perform them.
Why record the nameplate charge if nothing uses it?
Because it is a fact about the machine worth having in front of you when you are standing at it. It is stored on the equipment record as reference text. Nothing is computed from it — no percentage, no comparison, no trigger.
Does it hold my EPA certification number?
No. There is no field for a technician certification number anywhere in this tool, deliberately. Record who did the work by name if you want the record to say so.
Does it tell me when a leak must be repaired?
No. It states no threshold, no deadline and no verification requirement. What applies to your equipment comes from the rules in force where you operate; use this to record what you actually did and when.
Is any of it transmitted?
