- Does it tell me if I am compliant?
- No. It makes no compliance determination of any kind. It records what you planned and what happened.
- Does it do the inspection?
- No. The walkthrough is a separate record with its own findings; this is the standing program that says when to do one.
- Does it remind me?
- It does not send anything. The dates sit on the page in front of whoever opens it.
- Can I schedule per unit rather than per building?
- Yes — what is being inspected is a line of text you write, so a unit, a roof or a plant room are all fine.
