- Does it work out when equipment expires?
- No. There is a field for the date marked on the item, copied off the label, and nothing here works out a service life, a retirement date or an expiry from it. Manufacturers differ and so do the conditions equipment lives in.
- Does it say an item is fit for use?

- Can I record who has each item?
