Credit review log
RegisterWhen an account was looked at, by whom, and what you decided.
No score, no grade, no risk field
Three fields that are missing on purpose. Each one would turn a record of a human decision into an assessment made by software, and an assessment of somebody’s creditworthiness is a serious thing to generate casually.
The decision is written, not derived
What you decided goes in your own words, beside the limit you set. Nothing here computes a recommendation or checks your decision against anything.
It connects to nothing
No bureau, no lookup, no scoring service. Everything on the page is what somebody at your business typed after looking at what they had.

A record of reviews your own people carried out. CompliMaint holds no credit score, bureau result, risk rating or consumer report content, computes no recommendation or limit, assesses nobody’s creditworthiness and gives no credit advice. Everything runs on your device.
Questions people ask
- Where is the risk rating?
- There isn’t one, and that is the design. A risk field invites a number, a number invites a formula, and a formula would be this product assessing somebody’s creditworthiness. It records that a review happened and what you decided.
- Can I record a credit score?
- No. There is no field for a score or a bureau result. This tool connects to no credit bureau and holds no consumer report content.
- Does it recommend a credit limit?
- No. The limit box records a figure you set. Nothing calculates it, suggests it or checks it against anything.
- How often should accounts be reviewed?
- This tool does not say. The next-review date is one you chose; there is no cycle, no interval and no reminder.
- What is it actually for?
- Showing that accounts get looked at, and what was concluded when they were. That is a governance record — useful when somebody asks why a customer had the limit they had.
