Questions people ask

Can people submit anonymously?
Not through this tool, and it does not pretend otherwise. Nothing here is submitted or transmitted anywhere — everything stays in this browser. A tool that cannot deliver a message should not promise anybody confidentiality it is not in a position to keep. Who raised a suggestion is simply optional.
Why is the person optional?
Because a suggestion is worth acting on whoever it came from, and requiring a name turns the log into a reason not to suggest anything.
What makes a suggestion scheme work?
The response column. Schemes die when people stop believing anything happens, and the cheapest fix is a visible record of what was done — including the ones you decided against, and why.
Should complaints go here?
No. Something raised as a grievance belongs in the grievance log, which is built to hold it neutrally and to keep the file elsewhere.
