- No. Nothing here scores or rates anybody. A one-to-one is a conversation, and the moment it produces a number it becomes an assessment that somebody will be compared on.
- What should I write down?
- What they raised as well as what you did, and what you both agreed. The whole value is that the next conversation starts where the last one finished rather than from memory.
- Is it private?
- Everything stays in this browser on this device. Without an account nothing is uploaded and nobody else can read it from here. In a CompliMaint workspace it is a workspace record and the colleagues that workspace has can read it — the screen says so while you are typing. Keep it to work: no medical information, and nothing about health, family or beliefs.
- Two people with the same name?
- Two stable ids and two logs. Renaming either changes nothing.
