A record, not an award

The distinction matters more than it sounds. A record says somebody attended; a certificate says an authority vouches for them. This product is in no position to do the second, so it does not print anything that looks like it.

There is no renewal interval anywhere in this tool. If you want a date to look at it again, you set one, and it is labeled as yours.

Questions people ask

Can I print a certificate from this?
No, and that is deliberate. This prints a record, not a certificate: it has no seal, no badge, no border and no award language, and it does not say anybody is certified, qualified or accredited. A free tool that printed something certificate-shaped would be manufacturing evidence of a qualification it has no standing to grant.
Does it track when training expires?
No. It works out no expiry and no renewal interval. There is a review-date field you can set yourself if you want one, and nothing fills it in — how often training must be repeated comes from the awarding body and from your own program.
Where is the certificate number?
There is none. A certificate or license number identifies a person, and this product holds no such identifier. Record the provider's own session reference if you need something to look the record up by.
How is this different from the training matrix?
The matrix is what you require, by role and by person, and where each person stands against it. This is the record that one particular session happened.
