Nothing here reorders your stops, and nothing optimises the route. Whoever builds it knows things a route optimiser does not — which customer will not be in before ten, which site needs two people, which job will overrun. The sheet is a printed page that carries that judgment to the person driving.

It knows where nobody is

There is no map, no GPS, no geolocation, no live tracking and no position of any kind in this tool, and no field for one. That is a product decision and not an oversight: a route sheet is a plan for a day, and turning it into a way of watching an employee is a different product with different consequences for the people in it.

It measures nobody

No utilization figure, no productivity score, no efficiency percentage and no hours-of-service determination. The sheet does not total the stops or the hours. What a day’s work should look like is a judgment for the people doing it and managing it, not a number this tool produces.

Questions people ask

Does it optimize the route or work out drive times?
No. The order of the stops is the one you typed, and no drive time, distance or sequence is calculated. Whoever builds a route knows things about the day that an optimiser does not.
Does it track where the technician is?
No. There is no GPS, geolocation, map or live position anywhere in this tool, and no field for one. It is a printed plan for a day, not a way of watching somebody.
Will it tell me how productive somebody was?
No. There is no utilization, productivity or efficiency figure in this product, and the sheet totals nothing. Reading a day's work is a judgment, and this tool does not dress one up as a number.
Does it decide anything about driving hours?
No. It makes no hours-of-service determination and holds no duty-status record. What applies to your drivers comes from the rules you operate under.
What should not go on this sheet?
Anything about the person rather than the work — pay, identification numbers, medical information, discipline or performance notes. There is no field for any of them and the notes box is not the place. Gate codes and access credentials belong on your own systems too.
