There is no field for its contents and there will not be one. A statement is somebody’s account of events, it often contains detail about other people, and a browser-local register is not where it belongs. What this holds is a label that lets you find it, who is collecting it, and where the signed original ended up.
It is not an affidavit and attests to nothing
No signature is captured, nothing is sworn, and no row asserts that a statement is complete, admissible or true. Whether a statement does what you need it to do is a question for the person handling the matter, and this log takes no view on it.

- Please do not. The tool has no field for a statement’s contents on purpose, and the notes are for administration — chased twice, meeting arranged, original filed. The statement belongs wherever you keep the matter file.
- Is there a deadline for obtaining a statement?
- None that CompliMaint sets. The follow-up date is one you chose, and nothing here counts a period, warns about one or knows that any period exists.
- Does it record whose statement it is?
- It records a label you write — enough to find it again. It is not built to be a witness database and holds no contact details, addresses or personal information.
- Can it produce a statement form?
- No. It supplies no wording and no template, and it is not an affidavit tool.
