Is this a waste transfer note or a manifest?
No, and it does not replace one. Whatever documentation you owe when waste leaves your site comes from the law where you are working, and it is issued and signed on its own paper. This is your own log of what went out.
Does it classify the waste?
No. There is no hazardous or non-hazardous determination, no waste code and no classification of any kind. You write what left, in your own words.
Does it check the carrier?
No. It records who took it, as you know them. Nothing here checks a carrier's registration, license or permit, and no duty-of-care determination is made.
Does it work out a recycling rate?
No. There is no diversion or recycling percentage anywhere in it. A figure like that goes into reports and tenders, and one invented by a website would travel a long way from where it was made up.
