Questions people ask
- Where do I record the restrictions?
- Not here, and there is no field for them. A restrictions list is a medical record one step removed — it describes somebody's condition by describing what it stops them doing. Restrictions belong with the treating professional and with whoever holds your confidential files.
- Can I attach the doctor's note?
- No. This product stores no attachments or uploads of any kind, and a clinician's note is exactly the document that must not end up in a browser.
- Does it decide whether an accommodation is reasonable?
- No. It reaches no accommodation decision and no fitness-for-duty conclusion, and it states nothing about what any law requires of you. Those are decisions for the employer with their own advice, taken with the person.
- What can I write in the notes?
- Things about the WORK — where the duty is, what shift, who to report to. Not why the assignment exists, and nothing about the person's health.
