Interview schedule planner
RegisterEvery session planned for one candidate — the round, who is interviewing, when, and whether it actually happened.
The session is not the candidacy
This is the distinction the tool is built around. A panel gets moved twice and canceled once; none of that says anything about the person. Keeping the appointments separate from the pipeline means you can see a messy schedule for what it is — usually your diary rather than their interest — instead of reading it as progress or its absence.
Nothing here sends anything
No calendar invitation, no reminder, no email, no availability lookup. You arrange the interview the way you always did, and this is where you write down what you arranged. Confirmed means somebody told you the time works, and it is a state you set.
Where it sits
The candidate comes from the pipeline, the questions everybody gets asked come from the question set, what you thought afterwards belongs on the scorecard, and everything you said to them is in the communication log.
A schedule of appointments. CompliMaint sends no invitations, holds no calendar and reads no availability; it records no assessment of any candidate, does no scoring or ranking, and makes no hiring decision. It gives no employment-law advice. Everything runs on your device.
Questions people ask
- Does it send invitations or check availability?
- No. This product has no calendar, no email and no integration of any kind. Every state on a session is you writing down something you did elsewhere: you proposed a time, they confirmed it, it happened or it did not. A tool that looked like it was sending invitations would be a tool people expected to send them.
- Does a missed interview reject the candidate?
- No, and it is separate on purpose. An interview session and a candidacy are two different things: the session can be canceled, moved or missed while the candidacy carries on exactly as it was. Nothing on this screen moves anybody in the pipeline, and Did not attend is a record of what happened rather than a judgment about anybody.
- Where do I write how the interview went?
- Not here. The outcome field on a session is administrative — whether it went ahead and what happens next. How somebody did belongs on an interview scorecard, against the questions you agreed in advance, and this tool holds no assessment of any candidate.
- How is it kept per candidate?
- By the candidacy’s stable id. Two people with the same name are two candidacies, somebody who applies twice is one person with two candidacies, and renaming anybody moves nothing. If you have no candidates on the device yet, you can add one from the picker — it creates the person in your address book and opens a candidacy against them.
