- What do I need to make my first invoice?
- Your business name, the customer, what you did and the price. Everything else — your address, phone, logo, due date, tax, payment instructions, notes — is under More details, and it is remembered for next time.
- How do I send it?
- Tap Download PDF, or Share to send it straight from your phone by text, email or WhatsApp. You can also email it from the page — the customer gets the PDF attached.
- Can I add photos of the job?
- Yes. Take a photo or choose several; they print on a photo page after the invoice, with your captions.
