Elopement drill log
A dated drill record with the scenario, the response and what changed.
A resident is missing and the building practices finding them. This records that drill — the date, who led it, who took part, how long it took, what did not work and what changed because of it. The scenario is already set to Missing person; everything else is the same all-hazard drill record the rest of the product uses, filed against your facility.
This is an operational drill record. It does not state how often you should run one and it does not say your state requires it — that depends on your license class and jurisdiction. It is not a fire drill and does not satisfy a fire drill requirement; fire drills have their own log, kept separate on purpose so a building with four of each never reads as having eight of either.
This is for non-fire, all-hazard drills. Fire drills belong in the Fire Drill Log, which is a separate record with its own history. CompliMaint states no frequency for emergency or disaster drills: how many you owe, of what kind, and on which shifts is set by your licensor, your state and your accreditor, and they differ. This records the drill you ran; it makes no determination that any facility is compliant. Fire drill log →
