Static pressure worksheet

The only arithmetic is addition of your own readings

Total external static pressure is the sum of the drops somebody measured, so the sheet adds up the column you filled in and prints how many rows the figure covers. That caption matters: a total across four of nine readings is a different fact from one across nine.

Nothing else is calculated. The sum is not compared with the rated static, not expressed as a percentage of anything, and not judged.

The rated static is yours, copied off the equipment

There is a header field for the figure printed on the plate or in the manual. CompliMaint holds no specification for your equipment and fills nothing in — the field exists so the person reading the sheet can make the comparison themselves, which is the comparison this tool will not make.

It diagnoses nothing

No acceptable range, no maximum, no pass mark, no fault and no conclusion about the system. What these numbers mean depends on the equipment and the ductwork, and it is read by the person holding the manometer.
