Service plan renewal register
RegisterWhich plans you have sold, and which one is about to run out.
The list that makes the call happen
Maintenance plans lapse quietly. Nobody decides to lose one — the end date passes, nobody rang, and by the time anybody notices the customer has been out of contract for four months. This is the list that puts the end dates in one place with a name against each one.
Nothing here happens on its own
No plan renews itself in this tool. Nothing is charged, nothing is refunded, and there is no card or bank detail anywhere in it — no field for one exists. Rows move because you move them.
It also states no cancellation window, no required notice period and no refund entitlement, and it works out no proration. Whether your plan auto-renews, what notice a customer must give and what they are owed if they cancel mid-term come from your own plan terms and from the law where you trade.
What the customer said, in the record
The response field is for what came back — renewed, declined, wants a call in March. Six months later that sentence is the difference between an informed call and starting again.

A renewal diary for the service plans you have sold, kept on your device. Nothing renews, charges, refunds or cancels automatically, and there is no card or bank detail anywhere in this tool. CompliMaint states no cancellation window, no required notice period and no refund entitlement, and it calculates no proration — whether a plan auto-renews and what a customer is owed come from your own plan terms and the law where you trade. Everything runs on your device.
Questions people ask
- Does it renew plans or take payment?
- No. Nothing in this tool renews, charges, refunds or cancels anything, and there is no card, bank or payment field anywhere in it. Rows move stage because you move them.
- Will it tell me the cancellation window?
- No. Cancellation windows, notice periods and refund entitlements come from your own plan terms and from the law where you trade. CompliMaint states none of them and calculates no proration.
- Can I record what the customer said?
- Yes — that is what the response field is for. Renewed, declined, call back in March. It is the most useful line on the row when somebody picks it up months later.
- What if the plan terms changed at renewal?
- Record the new term as its own row. That keeps what was agreed last year readable instead of overwritten, which is usually the thing somebody needs to check.
- Where does it store the data?
- Without an account: in this browser, on this device, with nothing to sign up for and nothing uploaded. Signed into a CompliMaint workspace, the same records are also stored for that workspace — which is what puts them on your other devices and in front of your colleagues — and the screen says which of the two you are looking at.
