What the Compliance calendar tells you
Overdue, due soon, never recorded — and why “never recorded” is not the same as overdue.
Quick startReviewed September 27, 2026
The Compliance calendar lists what each building owes, based on what you told CompliMaint about it. Each requirement has a status:
- Overdue, Due today, Due soon, Scheduled — measured from the last time it was recorded.
- Never recorded — CompliMaint has no record of it being done. That is a gap to close, not proof it is late.
- Needs one more detail — one answer about the building would settle whether or when it applies.
- Interval not yet verified — CompliMaint has not yet checked this requirement's schedule against its source, so it states no date. There is nothing for you to answer; keep recording it.
What applies here shows the same requirements for one building, with the detail, citation and history behind each.
Requirements depend on your building's answers. If one looks wrong, check Tell us about this building — CompliMaint does not guess.
