What Attention shows, and why something is on it
Everything late or waiting across the workspace, sorted by what it needs.
ConceptReviewed September 27, 2026
Attention collects what is late or waiting from every application you can use, at the locations you can reach. Today is your own list; Attention is the whole workspace.
Why something is on Attention
- Urgent — past its date, or an automation that failed.
- Due today — owed today.
- Upcoming — dated, and coming.
- Needs information — one answer would settle it. None of these is a failure.
- Waiting on a reply — waiting on somebody else.
Items come from tasks, work orders, compliance requirements, purchase approvals, Shared Work and outside collaborators, and Careers. Each row names its application and its date, and opens the record it came from.
Filter and put off
Filter by App or Building. “Put off” hides an item until a date you choose; it comes back by itself, and “Put it back” returns it sooner.
If Attention says some records could not be read, the list is incomplete — that is not the same as nothing being due.
