Add locations and group them

Properties & locations lists every location in the workspace. Group them — by region, owner or brand — so access can be given a group at a time.

Activate a building makes a location part of the workspace so people can be scoped to it.

The locations screen also shows what looks like the same place entered twice, so duplicates can be merged rather than doubled up.
