Record that a requirement was done
Record completion with the date and who did it — and raise work when it needs doing.
How toReviewed September 27, 2026
- Find the requirement on the Compliance calendar or on the building's compliance page.
- Press “Record completion →”.
- Answer “When was it done?” and “Who did it?”, and add the contractor and ticket number if a contractor did it.
- Save. The next due date is worked out from this one.
If it still needs doing, press “Raise work” to create a work order for it. The requirement stays open until completion is recorded.
Compliance logs record routine readings and checks. A log either completes the activity or is kept on file — the screen tells you which.
