Print an inspection binder

The inspection binder assembles a building's records into one indexed PDF: the full compliance binder, a fire and life-safety evidence pack, or a custom binder from the sections and record categories you choose. Before you generate it, the page lists what is missing, expired, needing a determination or still open as a deficiency, each with a link to the record where you put it right. Press “Download PDF binder”: photographs and PDF reports kept with the records are placed inside it, and anything that cannot be is listed as not included. You can also open it from My Facility.

The binder only contains what has been recorded. Anything without evidence is listed under “Missing or expired evidence” — nothing is filled in for you.
