Everything CompliMaint can read from a file you already have, and where each one lands. Nothing is written until you have seen what would be, and running the same file twice updates rather than duplicates.
Bring what you already have
Most of what CompliMaint needs is already in a spreadsheet somewhere. Every importer below reads the file you have, shows you exactly what it would do before it does anything, and can be run twice without duplicating what it brought in the first time.
People & employees
Your staff list — name, email and job title, one person a line.

Properties & locations. There is no bulk import for properties. Each one is added deliberately, because a building is the thing every record is filed against and a location created by accident takes another building's history with it. Open properties

One row per company, with whatever you happen to have beside it — the trade, the after-hours number, which buildings they cover, whether they are first call, and the certificate expiry. Columns you do not have are simply absent; nothing is invented for them.
