Send a work order to a contractor
Give an outside contractor one job — and nothing else.

Two ways, depending on how much the contractor will do in CompliMaint:
- “Send this to a contractor” on the work order creates a link to that one job. They can say they have it, send messages and mark it finished — they cannot close it, and cannot see anything else.
- “Outside access” → “Share with someone outside” invites them by email to Shared Work, with exactly the capabilities you choose. See What outside collaborators can see.
