Review and revoke outside access

Outside access lists every share. You see the access you shared yourself; an administrator sees all of it.

• “Revoke” ends one share. “Revoke all of it” ends everything for that person.
• “End relationship” ends everything with that organization.
• “Set expiry…” makes access end after 7, 30 or 90 days, or keeps it until revoked.
• “Withdraw” cancels an invitation that has not been accepted.

On a single record, the same panel's “Outside history” shows who had access and when it ended.
