Do the work and complete it
Start, record what you did with photos and time, and finish the job.
How toReviewed September 27, 2026
- Open the job from My Work.
- Press “Start work”. “Start my clock” and “Stop my clock” record your time; “Enter time by hand” fixes it afterwards.
- Add a Before, During or After photo — each button opens the phone camera. Photos are optional.
- If the job has a procedure, work through its steps (tick, measurement, photo or signature).
- Press “Complete work”, answer “What did you do?”, and press “Finish the job”.
When you cannot finish
- “Put on hold” with a reason — waiting for parts, a vendor, access, approval or weather. “Take it off hold” resumes it.
- “More work is needed on this” raises a follow-up work order.
If your organization reviews completed work, the job shows as Completed until a supervisor presses “Verify and close” — or “Reopen” it with a reason.
