Stays: bookings, rooms and guests

Stays — Hospitality on your home screen — runs short stays. “Now” shows the day; Today lists arrivals, departures and who is in house; Rooms shows what is ready, needs cleaning or is held.

• “New booking” or “Walk-in” to take a stay; bookings are Booked, Arrived, Departed, Canceled or No show.
• “Check them in”, “Give them a room”, “Move them”, “Change the dates”, “Check out”.
• Rooms move through Needs cleaning, Being cleaned, Cleaned (not inspected) and Inspected.
• A problem in a guest room becomes a work order marked “Found in a guest room”.
