Property holds your properties and the spaces in them, and everything about who occupies them.

• Properties — each space's state: Occupied, Available to let, Let (not moved in), Not ready, Off the market, or Common.
• Occupancy — moving in and moving out.
• Applications — “Take an application”. CompliMaint records it; it does not screen anybody.
• Agreements — renewals and endings.
• Money — “Record a payment”, who is behind, and deposits.
